Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with The MK District, operated by MK BEAUTY LAB LLC.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return and refund terms before requesting a return.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unopened;
- Be in the same condition in which you received it;
- Be in its original packaging;
- Include all original components, accessories, and packaging, if applicable;
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.
To request a return, please contact us at mkdistrictshop@gmail.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at mkdistrictshop@gmail.com.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and its packaging when applicable.
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty, nail, cosmetic, or personal-care products cannot be returned, unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The following items are also non-returnable:
- Gift cards;
- Clearance or final-sale items;
- Customized or personalized products;
- Special-order products.
If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before returning it.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, you may request a return of the original item if it meets our return requirements and place a separate order for the new product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.
If the return is due to an item being damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by us, The MK District / MK BEAUTY LAB LLC will be responsible for the applicable return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit before they are received by us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
