Welcome to The MK District. The MK District is operated by MK BEAUTY LAB LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company (“The MK District,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). The MK District is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.

The MK District is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with The MK District. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and The MK District, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions made directly with The MK District.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
