Thank you for shopping with The MK District, operated by MK BEAUTY LAB LLC.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of unusually high order volume or other exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Shipping

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery dates, and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on the destination and order details.

Delivery dates and transit times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, service disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping is available on qualifying orders of $100 USD or more, calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes.

Orders below $100 USD are subject to the shipping charges displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information becomes available, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking details.

Please allow some time for the shipping carrier to update tracking information after the package has been accepted.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if the order is reshipped.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at mkdistrictshop@gmail.com with your order number.

We will review the available tracking information and, when appropriate, work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Damaged Packages or Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at mkdistrictshop@gmail.com.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging so that we can review the issue.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are also handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
